GROUP EXERCISE

     Regardless of your schedule, you will find a Group Exercise class to suit your level, goals, or preference. Throughout the year, we flex our class schedule to give you many opportunities to try a variety of different aerobic, resistance training, and mind/body classes at a variety of times.

    With many quality instructors exclusively available to our Clubs, our Group Exercise Program is one of the top recognized in the state.
